Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Chef Supervision: Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate and Food Safety Certificate
