Position Overview

The Customer Service Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily activities of the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university program lasting between 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a similar role.

  • Supervise and perform the same duties as the team members.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review the workload of the customer service staff.
  • Ensure the operational integrity of computer systems and equipment, facilitating necessary repairs to maintain service continuity.
  • Manage the requisition of materials and supplies essential for service delivery.
Certifications
  • CPR Certification
  • First Aid Certification
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
