Executive Sales Strategist

At EWS Group, we're seeking an experienced Executive Sales Strategist to lead our Solution Specialist team. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to drive sales growth and enhance client relationships.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will oversee a team of professionals responsible for delivering tailored product demonstrations, providing technical expertise during calls and meetings, and ensuring seamless knowledge transfer to client managers. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a high-performing team of Solution Specialists in supporting Client Managers throughout the sales process
- Ensuring Solution Specialists stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and market trends to deliver impactful knowledge transfer sessions
- Collaborating closely with Client Managers to provide technical expertise during calls, meetings, and demonstrations
- Maintaining discipline with CRM systems to ensure all interactions, updates, and progress are consistently recorded
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 7+ years of experience in solution selling, pre-sales, or technical sales roles, with at least 3 years in a management or team lead capacity
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, with a focus on maintaining data integrity and process discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical features into client-focused benefits
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams
- Experience with Jonas Club software or similar SaaS solutions is an asset
In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
