At Kensington Tours, we're looking for a highly motivated Sales Performance Strategist to help drive our growth plans. As an award-winning luxury tour operator, we offer tailor-made, private-guided experiences to the world's most extraordinary destinations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data and analysis, including strong understanding of holistic KPI development. You'll design, manage, and scale Talent Management programs such as performance management, with a track record of driving transformational change through strategy development and initiative execution.

Responsibilities include assessing the current state of performance management, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating a target state with roadmap and program plan to implement. You'll also ideate and direct team efforts on data and analytics to develop new insights and dashboards, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

This role requires collaboration skills, with the ability to co-create solutions across functions and levels. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to plan and prioritize work, balancing multiple activities and changing priorities.

We estimate this role comes with a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop performance management strategies, programs, and processes to align individual goals with organizational objectives
  • Lead relevant projects and change management connected to talent management, including communication, training, tools, and overall deployment
  • Collect and analyze talent data to identify trends for strategy and decision-making
  • Proactively determine talent needs across geographies and lines of business to identify trends and opportunities in our talent pipeline
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in talent management within a mid- to large-size organization
  • 3+ years of experience in performance and planning roles
  • Advanced excel skills with the ability to synthesize large swaths of data and identify trends
  • Project Management experience as an asset
