We are seeking an experienced Executive Marketing Strategist to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort.

Job Summary

This is a key role in designing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with medium and long-term business targets. The successful candidate will report to the Director, Strategy and Experience, and be responsible for generating strategic insights, market analysis, and innovation pipeline management to drive growth for Reliance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Annual Marketing Plan Development: Lead the development of the annual marketing strategy, which aligns with business targets, rooted in data-driven insights.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Oversee a portfolio of special projects to test, experiment, and validate growth recommendations.
  • Team Management: Manage a team member to generate data-driven analytics and insights to support business growth recommendations.
  • Product Innovation Process Leadership: Manage the product innovation funnel from ideation through to launch, supporting the product team and other functional teams to bring new products and services to market.
  • Marketing Innovation Pipeline: Research and develop innovative ideas to enhance the Reliance brand and expand product and service offerings, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product management, digital, marketing communications, and finance to align on cross-functional strategies and initiatives.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or a related field and equivalent work experience. Additionally, they should have proven ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing projects, as well as proficiently leverage data for informed decision-making.

What We Offer

As an Executive Marketing Strategist at Reliance Home Comfort, you can expect a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative environment.
