About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Media Sales Strategist to join our team in Toronto, reporting directly to the Senior Sales leadership team. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing solutions to drive revenue growth across our television, digital, radio, social, and production assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver best-in-class marketing solutions to clients, leveraging the full portfolio of Corus assets to maximize revenue and ROI.
  • Integrate research into sales narratives to advance the Corus advantage and drive revenue growth.
  • Become an expert in Corus Advanced Advertising platforms to support revenue generation.
  • Achieve individual revenue targets tied to television, digital, radio, social, and production budgets.
  • Mentor support roles, including Inside Sales Representatives, Account Coordinators, and Sales Promotions, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Sales background within media or agency-related experience.
  • The ability to execute thoughtful, concise Customer Needs Analysis (CNA) to identify revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration skills to ideate marketing solutions with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation skills to build best-in-class presentations incorporating strategy, research, media recommendations, and Corus solutions.
  • Able to accurately forecast revenue for your account/agency responsibilities, working closely with clients and agencies to identify accurate revenue opportunities and potential risks.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce as the CRM solution for our clients.
  • Expertise in various platforms, including S4M, AdStore, Wide Orbit, Salesforce, Airware, CSGO, and DFP, to support revenue generation.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, and a collaborative work environment that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
