At ONTARIO INC., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also plan and control budgets and expenditures, establish and implement policies and procedures, and oversee the classification and rating of occupations.

The ideal candidate will have a college or CEGEP education and will be willing to train. They will be responsible for planning and developing recruitment strategies, scheduling and confirming appointments, managing contracts, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.

The Administrative Coordinator will also be responsible for compiling data, statistics, and other information, overseeing the preparation of reports, and responding to employee questions and complaints. They will work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
