Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Third Power Training Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining records, managing supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • HR Support: Provide support to our HR department, including coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and preparing reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and ability to work independently.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload and tight deadlines. They will be required to work independently with minimal supervision and have a strong attention to detail.
