We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Office Coordinator to join our team at Perfect Finishing Corp.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, full-time position with an estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week in a dynamic office environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and possess a high level of accuracy. They will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and ordering office supplies.

Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior management
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Prepare meeting minutes and distribute to relevant parties
  • Maintain accurate records and data, including spreadsheets and databases
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
