About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Coach House Marketing Inc. This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, including receiving and distributing mail, managing filing systems, and maintaining inventory.

You will also provide exceptional customer service, answering phone calls and electronic enquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team
  • Open and distribute mail and other materials
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide customer service
