Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients in Toronto, Canada.
About the Role:- The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and performing general administrative duties.
You will also be tasked with maintaining the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, where you will be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist visitors, providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office environment.
