Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Database software, MS Office, and Electronic mail
  • Criminal record check (may be required)
