Salary$40,000 - $60,000 per year based on experience and location.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
The successful candidate will possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Electronic scheduler, Database software, MS Office, and Electronic mail
- Criminal record check (may be required)
