We are a boutique consulting firm specializing in UX and service design. Our team is small, tight-knit but growing fast. We are looking for an ambitious Executive Office Coordinator to help us manage several administrative tasks and continue our upward momentum.

As an Executive Office Coordinator at Outwitly Inc., you will be the backbone of support for our management team. You will plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, including travel and accommodation bookings. You will also implement and manage employee surveys or feedback forms to gauge satisfaction and gather suggestions for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in an executive assistant/office management role, with a post-secondary education in business administration. They will be self-motivated, proactive, and have excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.

You will conduct research to support decision-making and strategic planning, manage ongoing improvements to business processes, company policies, and SOPs. You will take notes during meetings, documenting action items and following up until items are complete. Various data entry tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.

Our company offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on location and experience. This includes benefits such as professional development funds, remote working stipend, company benefits, wellness spending account, and more.
