**Job Description**

The Human Resources Recruiter will play a crucial role in the recruitment process, ensuring that we attract top talent to support our business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead the new hire process from initial contact to job offer.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.
  • Utilize applicant tracking software to manage job postings and applications.
  • Conduct phone and face-to-face interviews, presentations, and evaluation processes.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, referrals, social media, and databases.

**Competencies & Qualifications**

  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of recent experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to all locations.

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
