At Bayshore HealthCare, we're committed to delivering exceptional home and community health care services across Canada. As a Human Resources Manager for Specialty Rx, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing HR functions within our Specialty Rx division. This strategic leader will be responsible for administering payroll, benefits, and leave of absences/WSIB claims while developing and executing recruitment objectives.

This role requires a strong background in recruitment, payroll administration, and benefits management. You'll work closely with our leadership team to achieve compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a positive employee engagement atmosphere. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a culture that aligns with our company values and policies.

About the Role:

  • Lead and oversee HR functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Advise and support the BSRx leadership team on pay and benefits, WSIB, and other related matters.
  • Collaborate with the National Service Centre (NSC) Payroll and Benefits department for timely and accurate processing.
  • Provide leadership in implementing talent acquisition strategies and overseeing recruitment efforts.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders for smooth employment transitions.
  • Offer expert guidance on Canadian provincial legislation, HR policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and optimize the time and attendance system, emphasizing employee well-being.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on HR topics.
  • Compile and analyze HR metrics, providing decision support to management.
  • Safeguard confidentiality of sensitive client and corporate information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possession of or working towards certification as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment, payroll administration, and benefits management.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is considered an asset.

Work Location: Markham, ON, Bayshore Specialty Rx, with the option to work under a hybrid model after the initial three-month period.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
