Strategic Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team at Jonas Software UK. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in managing human resources, recruitment, and talent development across multiple locations.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience as a Generalist HR professional with a focus on employee relations and multi-location facility management. You will also have 2-3 years of experience in managing others, mentoring, and coaching.
Responsibilities- Manage full cycle Recruitment and New Hire Orientation processes, ensuring compliance with corporate policy and employment laws.
- Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to leadership teams and employees.
- Support Talent Management processes, including objective setting, performance, learning, development, succession planning, and DEI initiatives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for due diligence of target acquisitions and integration of acquisitions within the Canadian portfolio.
- Ensure timely and accurate update of employee data in the Workday HRIS system.
- Collect and analyze HR data to measure the efficacy of the team and make improvements to HR services and processes.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong knowledge of local, provincial, and federal employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with employee relations issues.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of mergers and acquisitions process and HR involvement.
In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
