Multilingual Human Resources Assistant

RecruitAction, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Human Resources Recruiting department.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the hiring process by providing administrative support to the HR Recruiting department
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations, and manage projects
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to provide effective communication and coordination
- Bachelor's Degree considered an asset
- 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support preferably within a corporate staffing or Human Resources department
- Bilingual communication skills in both French and English essential for managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Hourly salary range: $26-$28 based on experience
- 12-month contract
- Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week
- Onsite work in a dynamic environment
