About the Role

RecruitAction, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator to provide administrative support to their Human Resources Recruiting department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the hiring process by providing administrative support to the HR Recruiting department
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to develop reports, organize and maintain data, create presentations, and manage projects
  • Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to provide effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree considered an asset
  • 1-3 years of experience providing administrative support preferably within a corporate staffing or Human Resources department
  • Bilingual communication skills in both French and English essential for managing interactions with internal and external stakeholders
What We Offer
  • Hourly salary range: $26-$28 based on experience
  • 12-month contract
  • Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week
  • Onsite work in a dynamic environment
