About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our recruitment process, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Job Postings: Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and postings that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
  • Interviews and Assessments: Lead phone and face-to-face interviews, in-basket exercises, and presentation evaluations to assess candidate fit and skills.
  • Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve our overall recruitment and retention processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of recent experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of legislative changes impacting recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proficiency in French is not required but considered a valuable asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good work and attendance record required.
