About the Role:


We're seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to operate as part of a small team, handling all People aspects of the business from Recruiting to Performance Reviews, Benefits Administration, HRIS Ownership, and Developing Training initiatives. You'll act as a trusted advisor, handling sensitive and confidential information with the leadership team, building deep relationships with cross-functional members of our team.


About You:


You have a degree from an accredited University, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to digest a lot of information quickly. You're not afraid of technology and are willing to learn new things.   • University degree or post-grad education in Human Resources Management
  • Ongoing or pursuing CHRP designation
  • Prior experience in Human Resources is considered an asset
  • An interest in recruitment and hiring
  • Experience using an HRIS system, WorkForceNow considered an asset
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work autonomously on various roles

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining core human resources programs for our growing business. The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience, based on industry standards and local market conditions.
