Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Markham, ON. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the People & Culture department, ensuring seamless execution of HR functions across the organization.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position that requires strong analytical skills, self-direction, and teamwork. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with HR communications and administration.
  • Supporting the development of HR policies, forms, templates, and SOPs.
  • Coordinating administrative projects and tasks as assigned by the VP, People & Culture.
  • Processing reimbursements and managing employee records.
  • Preparing organizational announcements and memos.
  • Providing support to business partners on employee-related matters.

The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field, with 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree in Human Resources or Related Field

  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a generous retirement plan.

Location:

This role is based in Markham, ON, and requires occasional travel. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
