Ontario Power Generation (OPG) is seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Developer to join their team. This dynamic role involves creating engaging multimedia content for virtual learning, including videos, animations, interactive presentations, and quizzes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of adult education principles and web technologies, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to OPG's public outreach, engagement, and education efforts. Reporting to the Section Manager of Learning & Development, you will be responsible for assessing service requests, consulting with clients, coordinating resources, and developing frameworks to enhance the multimedia content and training experience.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years' relatable experience in eLearning methodologies, marketing, multimedia content creation, and training technologies. A comprehensive knowledge of instructional design principles, project management, and data analysis is essential. Additionally, the ability to adapt to an evolving environment and work collaboratively in a hybrid work setting is required.

Educational Requirements: A 4-year university degree in Adult Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, Digital Media Production, Computer Science, Animation, or an equivalent level of education is required.

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. This estimate is based on industry standards and the location of the job.
