Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled **Learning and Development Specialist** to join our team at Foresters Financial.

  • Design and deliver adult education programs, including e-learning and web-based content.
  • Support leaders and subject matter experts in planning and delivering department-specific learning activities.
  • Align training with changing business requirements, including hiring, schedules, and technology upgrades.
  • Develop and implement training measurement tools to assess training outcomes and on-going training needs.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define business requirements and needs for new and enhanced products, services, and technologies.

Key Qualifications

  • A university degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Certification in adult education or a commitment to obtain certification is required.
  • Knowledge of current learning and development methodologies.
  • Experience designing and delivering training, including e-learning and web-based content.
