Servicenow Training Content Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Training Content Developer to join our team at CB Canada. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to work on developing comprehensive Confluence training pages, designing and implementing engaging training content, and hosting live training sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop course materials from existing content or create new material from scratch
  • Conduct research to obtain complete, correct, and current information as needed
  • Create comprehensive Confluence training pages with all content
  • Design, develop, author, narrate, record, edit, and implement training content
  • Produce, edit, and deliver engaging training content through online learning formats
  • Host live training sessions for medium to large audiences (up to 200+ attendees)
  • Design and develop learning outcomes assessment activities, including assessment questions, scenarios, and simulations

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, agility, adaptability, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have experience with e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate, basic mentoring skills, and the ability to work independently and manage their time effectively.

Requirements:
  • Experience with e-learning software such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Agility and adaptability
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage one's time
  • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project life cycle
  • Knowledge of business process management techniques and principles involved
  • Ability to produce training modules in various formats (video and documentation)
  • Experience in Adult education and Live training
  • Experience converting technical documents to user-friendly modules
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Tech Savvy

Prior experience with Confluence and ServiceNow is a plus but not required.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, based on industry standards for similar positions in Toronto, ON. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
