About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled e-learning developer/instructional designer to join our team at Aquent Talent. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360 and a strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other e-learning standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the instructional design team to develop e-learning courses using Articulate 360
  • Create engaging and interactive course content that is SCORM/xAPI compliant and compatible with multiple learning management systems
  • Develop a good eye for graphic design and the ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Understand how to set up courseware with meaningful reporting for multiple learning management systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during course development or delivery
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure courses are functioning properly and meeting client expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-learning trends, technologies, and techniques
  • Assist with project planning and timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, computer science, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience developing e-learning courses using Articulate 360
  • Strong understanding of SCORM/xAPI and other e-learning standards
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and learning content management systems (LCMS) is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
