Strategic Sales and Business Development Professional

This exciting opportunity is available for a self-starting sales professional to join the team at Equation Staffing Solutions as a Sales & Account Manager.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing and selling services to insurance adjusters, attending industry networking events, managing and growing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in cold calling, coordinating with the operations team, and submitting regular activity and results reports.
In terms of requirements, the selected individual must possess a valid driver's license and own vehicle for travel to work, complete a criminal background check, and have previous sales experience in a service-based organization. The ideal candidate will also be enthusiastic, ambitious, and entrepreneurial with excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
