Sales and Business Development Professional

At T ∙V S Ü America, we are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. This role is a critical part of our sales strategy and will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, account management, and new business development.
About the RoleThis Sales and Business Development Professional will work closely with our Regional Manager and Program Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed our goals. You will be responsible for managing a book of business, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing relationships with key customers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and business development, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission and benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed our sales goals
- Manage a book of business, including identifying new sales opportunities and developing relationships with key customers
- Work closely with our Regional Manager and Program Manager to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives
- Present products and services to prospective clients and negotiate agreements
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction
- Negotiate contracts and manage sales data in CRM systems
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build relationships with key customers
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office software
