National Project Sales Director, Facility Services Specialist

At Black & McDonald, we are seeking a highly skilled National Project Sales Director, Facility Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and revenue across Canada.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a passion for facility services and management. As a National Project Sales Director, you will be responsible for supporting project sales and customer care initiatives nationwide. You will work closely with our senior director of national facility service sales to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Participating in and supporting the development of national facility services sales strategies and tactics;
- Ensuring compliance with our go-to-market strategy and best practices among project sales staff nationwide;
- Supporting the creation and implementation of tools, training, and development programs for national project sales teams;
- Managing and ensuring quality delivery of client review efforts and documentation;
- Collaborating on product delivery initiatives, such as controls, energy, and sustainability, and other new products entering the market;
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships and managing supplier initiatives;
- Ongoing estimation and execution analysis;
- Reviewing and managing customer satisfaction analysis;
- Establishing and implementing best practices in estimating and customer-facing document usage;
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in sales, engineering, or design, and direct project estimating and management experience. Your demonstrable sales and negotiation experience, along with your proven ability to create and develop new business within and outside the existing customer base, will be essential in this role.
You should have experience managing and coaching a sales team responsible for proactive selling and customer care, as well as direct knowledge of the facility service and management marketplace.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
