Job Overview:

This role involves generating market growth to national clients in various industries across Canada, focusing on 100% new business contracted sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering targeted sales results while collaborating with marketing for lead generation.

Sales Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic sales plans that meet and exceed targets
  • Pursue national accounts through aggressive canvassing and prospecting
  • Conduct C-level meetings to promote Rentokil services
  • Maintain and update CRM systems, including pipeline management, forecasting, and account prospect details
  • Negotiate contracts to secure new business opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
  • A minimum of five years of proven sales experience with larger, complex accounts and multiple locations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including board-room presence
  • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and networking abilities
  • Consultative selling skills, including listening, understanding client needs, and positioning effective solutions
Benefits Package:

We offer a competitive salary range between $85,000 and $125,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Additional benefits include a car allowance, generous commission structure, President's Club membership, comprehensive health insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, and short-term disability coverage.
