Job Title: Office Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at NEXTREME CONSULTANCY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including administering policies and procedures related to the release of records
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, and disposal of assets
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations and monitoring and evaluating performance
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Time management and adaptability
