We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Premier Cleaning Advantages incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, carrying out administrative activities, and coordinating office services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data assembly and report preparation
  • Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role. They will be fluent in English and able to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
