Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Road Range carrier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company policies.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent position.
- 30 to 35 hours per week.
- English language.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, organized, and reliability.
