Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Road Range carrier. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's policies and procedures.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities, including coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic and special reports.
- Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Permanent position with 30 to 35 hours per week.
- English is the primary language of communication.
Our office is a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to meet tight deadlines. You must be able to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
