About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Training Optimization (DTO) team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our PBS software and its various modules, including sales, service, inventory management, and accounting.
  • Training and Support: Provide virtual training, online, and on-the-phone support to new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software.
  • On-Site Training: Assist customers with on-site training, when required, to ensure a seamless implementation of our software.
  • Travel and Communication: Travel frequently to customer sites throughout North America, maintaining effective communication with customers and team members.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation and share knowledge with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality training experience.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new software releases, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve training and support services.
Requirements
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Industry Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS.
  • Education: High School Diploma.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Travel and Work Environment: Valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable), valid full-class driver's license, and ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month.
