The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and training to our customers on our Dealer Management Software (DMS). This is a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our customers' success.

Job Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop an in-depth understanding of our PBS software and its various modules.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers, ensuring they are proficient in using our software.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to training requests and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation of our software and ongoing support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our software and services.
Requirements
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • 1-2 years' experience in the sales area of a dealership or a similar industry.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
