We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual individual to join our team as a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional training and support to our customers on our industry-leading DMS software platform.

About the Role:

As a Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering virtual, online, and onsite training to customers across North America. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored training solutions to ensure their success with our software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for customers
  • Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software releases and features
  • Travel throughout North America to provide onsite training and support

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French and English
