We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Sales Software Trainer to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. As a key member of our Dealer Management System (DMS) team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch training and support to our customers on our industry-leading software platform.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and existing customers on our DMS software
  • Provide exceptional customer support and troubleshooting services to ensure seamless software implementation and usage
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software features and functionality to provide expert guidance and support
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, documentation, and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in sales or dealership management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Ability to travel up to 2 weeks per month, with valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and full class driver's license
