The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Automotive Fixed Ops Software Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the implementation and use of our Dealer Management Software (DMS).

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide training and support to customers on our DMS, with a focus on the Parts and/or Service modules.
  • Assist customers with virtual training, online and on the phone, leading up to the implementation of our software.
  • Conduct on-site training at customer locations, as required.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our software and its applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our training programs.
  • Work closely with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of our software.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training content.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Contribute to the development of new training programs and materials, and participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Experience in the parts or service area of a dealership, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years' previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership environment, or PBS Systems.
  • High School Diploma.
  • Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Strong documentation abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to travel within Canada and the USA up to 2 weeks per month.
