Job Opportunity: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive administrative coordinator to support our production team at the Aurora Plant in Ontario. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation is completed and effectively managed.

This role interacts with our inventory/warehouse teams and quality assurance, requiring strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Gather and review documentation generated from production runs.
  • Support the production director by providing feedback to operators and personnel on opportunities observed during record review.
  • Assist the production director in providing training to operations personnel regarding production documentation completeness.
  • Maintain organized production folders throughout the shelf life of the product and beyond.
  • Produce production reports and yield reports based on material consumption.
  • Ensure that production documentation aligns with the automated inventory system.
  • Resolve inventory adjustments in case any discrepancies are identified.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working as a document administrator or relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and intermediate computer skills.
  • The job is located 100% at the Aurora Plant.

Compensation: $48,000 to $50,000 per annum
