Job Summary:
  • This is a full-time position that requires a strong administrative background and excellent organizational skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day office functions. This includes answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office calendars, assisting with data entry, filing, and document management, as well as helping with ordering office supplies and maintaining an organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide exceptional administrative support to the team by handling phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office correspondence.
  2. Schedule meetings and appointments, maintain office calendars, and ensure seamless coordination between team members.
  3. Assist with data entry, filing, and document management to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  4. Help maintain a clutter-free and organized workspace by ordering office supplies and implementing efficient storage solutions.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office assistant role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong communication and time-management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
