This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the administrative services department within the Government of Canada - Central.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 to $110,000, based on industry standards and location.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our administrative services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative management and be able to coordinate various tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Leadership: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Team Management: Hire, train, and provide guidance to staff members.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
  • Audit Support: Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.

Work Location: On-site work is required, with no option to work remotely.
