Job OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Director of Finance to join our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial planning and analysis functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and driving business growth through strategic financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets in collaboration with senior leadership and department managers.
- Maximize cash flow through effective inventory management, credit control, and cash management.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
- Manage contracts, including vendor leases and service agreements, to ensure compliance and value.
- Prepare month-end reports, payroll, and general ledger entries.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- MBA or CPA certification, preferably with 10+ years of experience in financial management, ideally in the hospitality or private club sector.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, risk management, and capital project oversight.
- Strong proficiency in financial software, advanced Excel skills, and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with Jonas is an asset.
We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $150,000 per year, along with additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
