Commercial Customer Strategy Lead

The RoleThis exciting opportunity has arisen due to an internal move. As Head of Commercial Customer, you will report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for leading the development and implementation of the commercial customer strategy. You will set the direction, policies, and procedures for growth charges, build key industry body relationships, and lead the revenue assurance strategy.
You will also ensure the delivery of project objectives and support outcomes honouring te Tiriti o Waitangi. To be successful in this role, you will need strong people management and leadership skills, with well-developed emotional intelligence.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- At least 5 years' experience in business development or corporate account management
- Ability to work in a dynamic changeable environment - be agile and adaptable
- Critical thinking and analysis skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
We offer a competitive salary package including:
- Estimated annual salary: $120,000-$150,000
