Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Administrator Assistant to join our team at Ontario Limited. This is a permanent position that offers 30 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Working Conditions:
  • Work Language: English
