About the Role

MILER XPRESS INC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, book flights and hotels, and make reservations as needed.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Outlook, MS Windows, MS Office, Adobe Acrobat Reader, and Google Drive.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team.
