Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Pomerleau. As a key member of our Building Operations team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring the smooth operation of our large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of administrative experience, a College Diploma in Office Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience. You should have a keen sense of confidentiality and discretion, solid written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full administrative support to assigned senior leaders, including meeting minutes, communications, and other tasks.
  • Manage daily calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist in preparing confidential documents and presentations.
  • Track and follow up on requests, related paperwork, and correspondence/emails.
  • Manage office services and approve associated invoices.
  • Follow up and act as a liaison with various individuals, both internally and externally.
