Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Davidson Contract Services. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing reports.
  • Manage schedules and calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including typing, proofreading, and formatting documents.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
