Job Summary

Moksi Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for managing office services, administering policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our establishment.

About the Role

This permanent full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your annual salary, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as access to a generous retirement savings plan.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Fast-paced work environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods and use computer equipment.
  • Frequent travel may be required for training and meetings.
