Job Title: Finance Professional for Payroll and Accounts

A finance professional is required to join our team in Cambridge. This position will report directly to the Assistant controller, focusing on payroll and full-cycle accounts payable. The successful candidate will be responsible for invoice internal expenses, payroll data entry, preparing ROEs, monitoring expenses, reconciliations, and on-boarding new employees.

Requirements
  • A university or college degree or diploma in accounting is required.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Proficient in Excel and able to learn new software quickly.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Invoice internal expenses and manage cash flow.
  • Perform payroll data entry and process payments.
  • Prepare and submit ROEs and other financial reports.
  • Monitor expenses and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • On-board new employees and provide training and support.
