We are seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team at Perfect Employment Centre Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to relevant staff members
  • Manage electronic enquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • 35 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
