Front Office Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Front Office Manager to lead our front office team at Aloft Vaughan Mills. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through effective management of front office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities
  • Lead and motivate the front office team to achieve exceptional service standards
  • Manage front office operations, including guest check-in, room assignments, and billing
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Monitor and analyze front office performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, preferably in a front office role
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of hotel property management systems and revenue management principles
